Delivery

We deliver Worldwide. In stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order. Standard delivery takes 48 hours from the dispatch date, excluding weekends (expect 2-3 days from the purchase date).

Gifts -  Gift wrapping and message services are available for direct orders to friends and family.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your product, please inform us within 5 days of receiving it. If you wish to return your items, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement, provided the items are in their original packaging and condition, along with the invoice as proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt. Before returning any items, please contact us by email at info@bambleu.com.

Please note that for non-faulty items, we do not refund the postage costs for delivery to you or the cost of returning the item to us, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return process. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including packaging. If the product is not returned in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
